Creating what I love and sharing to enrich my community
Hi, I'm Siri. I am a senior in high school at Ruston High School (in Ruston, Louisiana). I have been doing art, in some form or fashion, since I was in elementary school. I started with visual art and later got involved with an amazing community through Ruston Community Theatre. Additionally, I occasionally sing at local venues/events including the Ruston Farmers Market.

In recent years I have worked as an assitant at the Art House (with Renée Hunt), have taught private art lessons, and have been part of the Talented Art program at Ruston High with Erin Hanna and Deana Revels.

My most recent project has been to create a deck of cards based on iconic places around my hometown of Ruston.
I have worked with many different media, but one of my favorites is graphite. I love the simplicity of just working with a pencil. My favorite subject to draw/paint is people. These are three of my favorite pieces that I’ve done:
For my senior project, I decided to create 54 pieces of art depicting iconic places around Ruston. I used watercolor and ink for the original 4.5”x6” pieces, and I took the idea a step further by turning the pieces into decks of cards.
Interested in my work? Reach out!
Please include your name (and phone number if you'd prefer to be conacted by text) so that I can get back in touch with you.
Also, let me know if you are interested in deck of cards, prints of the Ruston artwork, or something else. Thanks!
